Shipping Times
- Standard Products: Most products ship within 3-5 business days and are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Custom Orders: Custom-built products, such as the 1000 DIY Kit, Tailgaters, and Hybrid ovens, require additional processing time:
- 1000 DIY Kit and Tailgaters: Ship in 7-10 business days.
- Hybrid ovens: Ship in 4-5 weeks.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier schedules, or other unforeseen factors. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Delivery Methods

Freight Shipping: Large items, such as pizza ovens, are shipped via freight carriers.
- Dock Service: For deliveries to businesses with a loading dock, choose Dock Service at checkout.
- Lift Gate Service: For residential locations or businesses without a loading dock, choose Lift Gate Service to facilitate unloading.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Carefully inspect your item at the time of delivery for visible damage.
- Note any damages on the delivery paperwork and document them with photos before signing.
Shipping Costs

At Pizza Oven Experts, we are proud to offer free shipping on all products to ensure a seamless and cost-effective experience for our customers.
- Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping and reported within the required timeframe (see our return policy).
Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the shipment status and estimated delivery date.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Damaged Products Upon Delivery
We take great care in ensuring our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please follow the steps below:
- Inspection: Inspect your item thoroughly upon delivery.
- Documentation: If there is visible damage, document it on the delivery paperwork and take photos and videos.
- Reporting: Notify us of damages within 2 business days from the delivery date by emailing support@pizzaovenexperts.com with photos and brief description of the damage, along with your order number. This will allow us to process your claim quickly.

Resolution Options: Once we receive your report, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Please note that we are unable to process claims for damages that are not reported within the specified timeframe.
