Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order and pre-authorization of your credit card. Fulfillment begins immediately, and most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Transit times typically range from 5-7 business days.
Shipment of Order:
We send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven't received it within 6 business days, please contact us at support@pizzaovenexperts.com.
We Currently Ship Within the USA Only.
Shipping Options:
- Curbside Pickup (Free): Typically delivered within 5-7 days.
- Threshold Shipping: Delivered to your porch or sheltered area (additional details available upon request).
- White Glove Delivery (additional fees apply): Product brought inside your chosen room, with minor assembly and box removal (Saunas excluded).
Additional Information:
- We offer various shipping options, and some products may be shipped by third-party suppliers.
- Free and expedited shipping options are available (fees apply for expedited).
- Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.
- Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the address or arrange specific delivery dates.
- We will attempt to assist with delivery issues, but ultimately are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
- Tracking information is provided via email after your order is packaged.
International Delivery:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Other Shipping Limitations:
- Remote areas may incur additional shipping fees, even for free shipping options.
- Customer service will contact you regarding any additional charges for deliveries to locations with known shipping limitations.
- You are responsible for informing us about any potential delivery difficulties (dirt roads, narrow roads, etc.) at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for shipping costs of undeliverable items due to carrier limitations.
- Home delivery is not guaranteed, even with additional fees.
APO/FPO Addresses:
- We ship to APO/FPO addresses subject to USPS size, weight, and content restrictions.
- You will be contacted if your address cannot receive a package or if additional fees apply.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs of items returned due to incorrect addresses.
- Freight shipments returned due to failed delivery will be subject to standard return policies.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Large Package Delivery:
- Large items may ship via freight on pallets. You are responsible for moving them from the curb.
- Some carriers may schedule deliveries, while others provide only estimated dates.
- You will be notified about delivery expectations in the shipping confirmation email.
- Carriers requiring appointments will need you to be present and sign for the delivery.
- Carriers not requiring appointments will leave the pallets at the curb.
- Inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours to support@pizzaovenexperts.com.
