Welcome to PizzaOvenExperts, We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange a product.

To return an item:

  • The item must be unopened, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used items (including installed or set up items)
  • Clearance goods
  • Custom-designed, special orders, and made-to-fit orders
  • Items listed as non-returnable in the item description
  • Items requested for return outside the 30-day window

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Before Order Ships: You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it ships. Contact us by email at support@pizzaovenexperts.com or phone at +1 (307) 306-9906 to initiate the cancellation.
  • Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation or refund as production begins upon order placement. Please clarify with us if your order is custom before purchase.
  • After Order Ships: We cannot offer full refunds after your order ships due to high LTL/freight shipping costs.

Refunds and Returns:

  • Exchanges: You are welcome to exchange your product for a different item within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
  • Outright Returns: A 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs will be applied to outright returns due to the high LTL/freight shipping costs involved. We may offer partial cost coverage for replacementsdepending on the product.

Shipping Times:

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are available on individual product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. While order delays are unfortunately inevitable and sometimes beyond our control, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for choosing us!

By making a purchase from PizzaOvenExperts, you agree to the following terms of the exchange agreement:

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, inspect the package and note any damage with pictures within 24 hours. Send photos and details to [email] for processing.
  • Return Conditions: Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Additional restocking fees may apply.
  • Shipping Fees: You are responsible for return shipping costs and new product shipping costs in case of refunds or exchanges.
  • Time Limits: Cancellation requests must be made before the order ships.
  • To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • If you decide to return your order once it has shipped, You will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%.

Damages:

  • Damaged upon arrival: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  please Report any damage with photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a description, to support@pizzaovenexperts.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. 
  • Punctures or visible damage: Report these within 24 hours of arrival.

Warranty:

  • All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the specific product.
  • Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
  • Warranty claims cover damages occurring overtime from use, not upon arrival.If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

 

Return Shipping:

By default, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

However, all our products come with a warranty policy - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end. Please refer to the individual product page for details.

 

BOGO Promotions:

In case of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning one item will either get you a replacement or store credit for its individual value. You will also be responsible for return shipping and potential restocking fees.

Chargebacks:

We encourage you to contact us for any issues before filing a chargeback. We have dedicated support to resolve your concerns and believe our policies are fair and customer-friendly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will be considered theft and may have legal consequences.
